Once your order is on its way, the Track and Trace information will be automatically sent to your email inbox.

  • After dispatch, parcels within the Netherlands normally arrive in 1-2 working days.
  • After dispatch, parcels within the EU normally arrive in 4-7 working days.
  • After dispatch, parcels outside of the EU normally arrive in 7-20 working days.

We offer free shipping for orders above specific thresholds.

Free shipping is automatically applied during checkout when applicable.

  • The Netherlands: Orders above €100
  • Europe: Orders above €150

Damages and other issues

If you receive a package that appears to have been opened or damaged, please ensure that the courier makes a note of it before you accept the package. Upon receiving the package, we kindly request you to inspect all items immediately. If you find any items have been damaged or if there are any packaging errors (such as receiving the wrong or incomplete item), please notify us as soon as possible.
