- After dispatch parcels within the Netherlands normally arrive in 1-2 working days
- After dispatch parcels within the EU normally arrive in 4-7 working days
- After dispatch parcels outside of the EU normally arrive in 7-20 working days

Damages and other issues
If you receive a parcel that appears to have been opened or damaged, please ensure that the courier makes a note of it before you accept the parcel. Upon receiving the parcel, we kindly request you to inspect all items immediately. If you find any items have been damaged or if there are any packaging errors (such as receiving the wrong or incomplete item), please notify us as soon as possible.
