Return policy

Returns can be requested within 14 days from the delivery date. Please take note of the following rules and guidelines for the return process:

  1. All return requests must be submitted through sending an email to: and require approval from us before returning the item(s). Mention your ordernumber clearly in the description. Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation email containing instructions on how and where to send your return.
  2. Returns sent to us without prior approval are likely to be rejected.
  3. Once your return is approved, you have 14 days to ship the item(s) back to us.
  4. All items must be returned in an unused condition and in the same state as when you received them. Sealed items should be returned in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging. Make sure the items are packaged well.
  5. Please do not send items directly to the manufacturer.
  6. Items that have been customized at your request are not eligible for return.
  7. When returning items, it is important to use a trackable shipping method. We recommend  that you share the receipt, track and trace and name of the postal service used.
  8. Please note that we do not reimburse the costs associated with returning the package to us.

Canceling your order

If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to pull the order, though we cannot give any guarantees that we can do so before the package has left the building. If we do not manage to pull the order, the protocol for returns will have to be followed instead. Any fees (like Paypal etc.) will not be refunded.


Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s) we will let you know by mail whether your refund has been accepted or not. If accepted, you will be refunded within 7 business days.
